THE GERTIE WAY We pack every order with love (and bubble wrap) and ship within 2-10 business days of order confirmation. Once it's on the move, you'll get a tracking number so you can stalk your parcel like an ex.


📦 STANDARD AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING

Delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra): 3-5 business days
  • WA and regional areas: 5-10 business days

Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat — FREE on orders over $99


⚡ EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • Metro: 1-2 business days after dispatch
  • Regional: 2-4 business days

Express Shipping: $19.95 flat — FREE on orders over $149

📲 TRACKING

Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking code straight to your inbox. If you haven't received it within 10 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us.


✍🏻 SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

  • Business or unit address: Someone will need to sign for it.
  • Residential address: If it's safe, we'll leave it at your door (Authority to Leave).
  • Want a signature on residential? Add a note at checkout.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, it's considered received. We can't be responsible for parcels left in safe places that go missing afterwards - so make sure your shipping address is secure.


🕯️ FRAGILE, BUT MAKE IT FIERCE

Our candles are delicate queens - we wrap them up safe and snug. But if she arrives cracked or broken, don't panic. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging, and we'll sort it - free replacement, refund, or store credit.

📭 INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we'll contact you and you'll need to cover the cost of re-shipping.


📦 LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

If your tracking shows delivered but your parcel hasn't turned up, contact us within 7 days. We'll lodge an investigation with the courier - this can take up to 10 business days. We'll do everything we can to make it right.
