Arika is a 640 acre farm located in the remote central Kimberley region of Western Australia. Through the use of Natural Sequence Farming, it will harness its rainfall to grow fresh, organic produce. Due to its innovative growth tactics it will also be used as a hospitality destination.
Arika needed a mark that would convey all the rich background and nature of the Kimberlys. In the logo the waved lines represents the patterns of the Natural phenomenon, The Bungle Bungles, located near the property. The inner droplet representing the importance of water to the area and the half circle the sun. These elements come together to create an abstract A for Arika, an aboriginal word for a Lily found exclusively in the area.
